My Jewel Box collection features small canvases that make great gifts, and I often use these tiny paintings as an exploration for larger pieces I plan to paint in the future.
The past few weeks I’ve been working on a signature painting for a loyal art collector and this beauty was my first attempt to capture the mood and colors. With vibrant strokes of red, pink, purple and blue, this bite-sized treat was so sweet for a shelf or desk I had to name it, “Candy Kisses.”
